Explanation
The source or listing information is not available. Some of the possible conditions that could
cause this are: The listing file could not be found, the CU was not compiled with the correct
compile options, inadequate resources were available. 

When using CICS® this condition could occur because one of
more of the following TDQueues are not defined: 
CINL (for source and listing support)

CIGZ (for COBOL side file support) 

CIBM (for Enterprise PL/I side file support)
