Explanation

Workspaces from IBM WebSphere® Developer for System z® v6.0 or v7.0 or IBM Developer for z/OS® v7.1 are updated to work in the latest version of the client when you open the workspace. The workspace is backed up before it is updated. This message indicates that the backup operation failed.
