You can import autocomment language profiles for programming
languages whose profiles have been exported.
To import an autocomment language profile, complete the
following steps:

In the navigation pane of the Preferences window, click
Autocomment to open the Autocomment preference page.
- In the Autocomment Language Profiles group,
select the language profile that you want to edit, for example, CPP,
and then click Import.
An Import
Autocomment Profiles window is displayed.
- In the Import Autocomment Profiles window,
do the following actions:
- Type the path name of a file that contains one or more
exported autocomment profiles, or click Browse,
specify the import file, and click OK.
The Select the profiles to import box
lists the languages whose profiles are in the import file. By default,
all of the languages are selected.
- If the file contains profiles for languages that you
do not want to import, clear those that you do not want to import.
- If you want to overwrite any existing profiles, select
the Overwrite existing profiles checkbox.
- Click OK.
An Autocomment

window is displayed. If you did not
select Overwrite existing profiles, the window
is displayed for each language profile being imported.
- If you selected Overwrite existing profiles,
click OK or Cancel.
If you did not select Overwrite existing profiles,
click Replace, Rename,
or Skip for each language profile.
An Import autocomment profiles
window
is displayed, indicating that importation is complete.
- Click OK.
- When you are done working in the Preferences window,
click OK.
