The LPEX Editor provides preference pages for customizing various default settings. To access the preference pages, select Preferences > LPEX Editor. A default editor action preferences is also available.
Applications that use LPEX as the base of their editor may override these default settings in their edit views. Document parsers may also set values which override the default editor settings. Those views will not be affected by changes in these preference pages.
The following settings can be changed on the LPEX Editor preference pages:

Parser Styles | Modify the attributes of document parser styles. |
Specify default document print options. | |
Save | Specify default file save options. |
Tabs | Specify default tab settings. |
User Actions | Register user-defined actions. |
User Commands | Register user-defined commands. |
User Key Actions | Redefine keyboard actions. |
User Mouse Actions | Redefine mouse actions. |
User Profile | Register a user profile. |
Whitespace Characters | Specify default whitespace settings. |
Host Characters | Specify default host characters settings. |
