Getting help for programming statements

To get help for a programming statement, hover the cursor over the statement. Press F2 to place focus in the hover help. If there is a link to more information, click the link to open the corresponding z/OS® TSO/E REXX Reference page.

You might need to set help preferences to use an external browser. For more information about setting up product help, see Troubleshooting help problems.

Limitation:

Currently, only keyword instructions and built-in functions are supported.
A parse tree must exist for a hover help to appear. An easy way to promote it is to ensure the Outline view is visible and active in the workbench.
