You can set these options for autocomment.

Formation settings
Each language profile has its own set of options. The formation settings for each language profile determine the formation of the actual custom autocomment.
Placement settings
Each language profile has its own set of options. The placement settings for each language profile determine where autocomments are inserted into changed lines.
Deletion settings
Each language profile has its own set of options. The deletion settings for each language profile determine how changed lines are cleaned before a new autocomment is inserted.
