Data refresh and real-time updates

How data refresh works

When a decision service emits execution events, Decision Insights processes the data and updates the metrics displayed in charts, KPIs, and tables. The refresh interval is managed by the system and does not require configuration. Charts update only when new data is available. If no new events are received, the chart retains the last displayed values.

Viewing refreshed data

If you are actively viewing a dashboard, visualizations update in place when fresh data arrives. Historical values, including period metrics and period KPIs, expand over time as additional data points are processed. When filters are applied, refreshed data respects the same filter criteria.
