The argument is not found, or the specified argument is not a string or integer, or is out-of-range.

• For the pattern message, the length must be in the range 0-32.
• For the pattern user ID, the length must be in the range 0-8.
• For the job class, the length must be 1.
• For the pattern range start, the dynamic range must be in the range 1-32767.
• For the pattern range length, the dynamic range must be in the range 1-32767.

For all the other parameters, the length must be in the range 1-8.
