Explanation
z/OS® Debugger
CICS® exit activation transaction DTCX was unable to
deactivate glueexitname - dtexitname where
glueexitname is either XPCFTCH, XEIIN, XEIOUT, XPCTA, or XPCHAIR and
dtexitname is either EQANCFTC, EQANCXEI, EQANCXAB, or EQANCXHA.

Programmer response
Verify that the latest hlq.SEQASAMP(EQACCSD)
CICS resource definitions are installed and the z/OS Debugger
hlq.SEQAMOD library is in the CICS DFHRPL DD concatenation. If this has already been done, contact IBM® support center and report the error.
