EQA9932S Association does not exist for VTAM®% specification

Explanation
The user name specified on the VTAM% option has not been
associated to a terminal using the z/OS® Debugger
Terminal Interface Manager.

Programmer response
Use the z/OS Debugger Terminal Interface
Manager to associate the user
name with a terminal and rerun the application.
