Unsaved changes are detected in the Key information section of
the business object. To avoid losing any updated data, the user must save these changes
before proceeding to change the status to Unapproved.
System action
The system checks for any unsaved changes before changing the status to Unapproved. If any unsaved changes are detected, the warning is displayed.
User response
Cancel the Unapprove process and return to the Key information
section to save your updates. Then restart the process to change the status to
Unapproved.
