Adding manifest participants

Participants can help manage a manifest. A Db2 CD administrator can add participant to manifests. Participant editors of a manifest can add participant editors and reviewers for that manifest.

Before you begin

  • You must be a Db2 CD administrator or a participant editor of a manifest to add participants to that manifest.

About this task

You can add two types of manifest participants:
  • Participant editors: Can edit, review, and delete the manifest to which they are assigned. They can also add more participant editors and reviewers to the manifest.
  • Participant reviewers: Can only review a manifest and cannot edit it.

The Db2 CD administrator user that creates a manifest becomes an editor of the manifest by default.

Procedure

  1. On the navigation menu, click Manage Db2 CD > Manifests.
  2. On the Manifests page, click Edit for the required manifest.
  3. In the Key information section, click the count value in the Editors or Reviewers field to view existing participants and add new ones.
  4. To add new participants, click Add new, and complete the following actions:
    1. In the Enter participant ID field, type the user ID that you want to add and click Add more ().
      Repeat this step to add more participants.
    2. Click Add.
      The participant IDs are added to the list.
  5. To delete a participant, select the checkbox next to the participant ID and click Delete. Click Delete again to confirm.
  6. Click Close to return to the Edit manifest details page.
    Based on the number of participants you added, the count displayed in the Editors or Reviewers field increases accordingly.
