Managing external automation services

To manage the external automation services in the Business Automation Navigator desktop:

1. Log in to Business Automation Navigator as an administrator.
2. Using the existing connection to the Application Engine, go to the list of published automation service in the Automation services tab.
3. If needed, sort the automation services by using the Name menu in the right corner above the automation services list. You can sort the automation services by name, by last modified date, or last published date.
4. For a quick search, use the filter in the right corner to filter out automation services as you type in the name of the automation service that you are looking for.
5. To update automation services details, click the overflow menu on your automation service tile, then click Details.

   Details	Description
   Version history	Preview the automation service. Delete external automation services that are no longer needed. Deleting an automation service removes it only from the Application Engine. To make the automation service available for deployment to Business Automation Navigator again, export it from Business Automation Studio and import it to Business Automation Navigator. Disable the automation service that you do not want business users to have access to. You can also enable a disabled automation service to make it accessible again.
   Environment variables	Edit external automation service environment variable values.
   Service resources	View or edit the service resource details. You can update the host name, port and authentication values to the Business Automation Workflow server that hosts the external automation service.
