Completing work on tasks and processes at run time
As a knowledge worker, you use Process Portal to work on your assigned tasks and collaborate with others to complete your work efficiently. In addition, if you have the associated permission, you can work with process instances, or use dashboards to view and act on the performance of individuals, teams, and processes.

available in your cloud subscription are based on the functionality
in the equivalent on premise product. The topics that are linked to

- Getting started with Process PortalLearn about setting preferences, the different dashboards you can use, and how to search effectively in each of the dashboards.
- Completing work on tasks.The Work dashboard in Process Portal contains a list of tasks that you own. It also includes the tasks that are assigned to your team that you can claim to work on. Open a task to claim it and complete the work that is needed.
- Completing work on processes. You start process instances from the Launch section in the navigation pane in Process Portal. Depending on the type of process, work continues automatically from one task to the next, or documents and activities are completed for the work to be completed.
- Managing work for teams.If you are a team manager, you can manage the work of the teams that you are responsible for from the Team Performance dashboard in Process Portal.
