Troubleshooting content application development

You might run into issues when you test new content applications in development or test environments. To help you troubleshoot these issues, you can download logs from the server your applications run on. You can use the log data to observe performance, diagnose problems, and gain a general understanding of how your automation works before promoting it to production.

The logs you can access depend on the capabilities installed on your subscription and the permissions you have. Logs are available for:
  • Navigator
  • Content Platform Engine
  • Content Search Services
  • Content Services GraphQL
  • Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS)
To download a log:
  • In the navigation menu, click Logs.
  • Click the Logs tab.
