Creating rule parts
You can display the completion menu as you build your rule. The menu lists terms and phrases that are valid in the current context of the rule.
About this task
An action rule can comprise some or all of the following parts. The parts must be defined in the following order: definitions, if, then, and else.
Procedure

Click anywhere in the editing area and press Spacebar or Ctrl+Spacebar.
The completion menu displays a list of available insertion options that are based on your current position in the rule.
- Select an insertion option from the completion menu.
- Press Esc or click anywhere in the editing area to hide the completion menu.
