Troubleshooting process application development

You might run into issues when you test new process applications in development or test environments. To help you troubleshoot these issues, you can view logs in real time or download them from the server your process applications run on. You can use the log data to observe performance, diagnose problems, and gain a general understanding of how your automation works before promoting it to production.

The downloadable logs depend on the capabilities installed on your subscription and the permissions you have. Logs are available for:
  • Workflow
  • Navigator
  • Content Platform Engine
  • Content Search Services
  • Content Services GraphQL
  • Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS)
The real-time logs are available only for the workflow server.
To view or download a log:
  • In the navigation menu, click Logs.
  • Click the Logs tab.
