Utility history

Db2 13 FL 501 Utility history is the information that Db2 collects about IBM® Db2 utilities. Db2 13 FL 504 Db2 can also collect information about the objects that are processed by these utilities. This information is called utility object-level history.

Utility history is stored in the Db2 catalog table SYSIBM.SYSUTILITIES. Utility object-level history is stored in the Db2 catalog table SYSIBM.SYSOBJEVENTS.

To control whether utility history is collected and at what level (utility history only or both utility and object-level history), set the Db2 subsystem parameter UTILITY_HISTORY.
