You can export views that contain textual information or
tables to flat files in comma separated format. You can import these
flat files in applications like Lotus® 1-2-3® or Microsoft Excel.
If you export views that include percentages, these percentages
are exported as fractions. For example, if a table contains the value
23.92%, this value is exported as 0.2392.
You can also export views to HTML files.
Exception
You can export the Graph View
of the Associations Visualizer only to Graphics Interchange format
(GIF).
To export a view, follow these steps:
- Click File => Export.
- Specify the directory, the file name, and the file type that you
want to use on the Save window.
