Creating custom properties

You can add custom report properties to your report, and use the custom properties to share information between components.

1. In the Model tab, click in the blank space of the canvas to access the report properties in the Properties view.
2. Select the Custom tab in the Properties view.
3. If you want to add a property, click Add. The Create Custom Property window opens.
4. Enter the values and click OK.

  You can set a property value to a property reference to a system property, user property, or custom property.
• Creating property reference expressions
  Property reference expressions are like functions on a property reference. You add an expression to an existing property reference.
