Deployment fails during restore stage of RestoreMorph

Condition

There are two conditions for this error:

When deploying Db2® or Db2 Warehouse with a territory other than the default territory (US), deployment will fail during the restore stage of RestoreMorph.
When deploying Db2 Warehouse with any codeset (or encoding schemes) other than the default unicode (utf-8), deployment will fail during the restore stage of RestoreMorph.

Set .spec.advOpts.restoreMorph: bash to use the older implementation of restore morph (shell based).

When creating a Db2 or Db2 Warehouse custom resource, add the following to the YAML:
