Call level interface (CLI) driver enhancements

The CLI driver contains performance and usability enhancements for the Db2 12.1.2 release.

Db2 12.1.2 enhancements

The Db2 12.1.2 release includes the following enhancements and new capabilities for the CLI driver:

Enhancement	Description
Support for IPV6 address in the `db2dsdriver.cfg` file.	With the release of Db2 12.1.2, you can use an IPv6 address as the value for `host` or `hostname` in the `db2dsdriver.cfg` file.
