Manageability enhancements
The Db2 12.1.3 release contains enhancements to online table reorganization operations and access plan management.

| Improved access plan management by the automatic generation of statement profiles. | The explain facility now automatically creates a statement profile when an SQL statement is explained. A statement profile can be used in an optimization profile to specify the access plan. |
