IBM data server client and driver enhancements

Some IBM data server clients and drivers have been enhanced with new and improved features for better application performance and reliability.

Attention: The Db2 12.1 release is currently available for the following Db2® products:

Db2 Distributed (on-premises)
The container micro-service deployments of Db2 and Db2 Warehouse for Kubernetes-based clusters, which includes Red Hat OpenShift, the Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), the Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), and the Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
