Thresholds that can be used in work actions

Work action sets that you define for databases can contain work actions that specify thresholds.

The following thresholds are supported:

Aggregate threshold:
- CONCURRENTDBCOORDACTIVITIES
- CONCURRENTWORKLOADACTIVITIES
Activity thresholds:
- ACTIVITYTOTALTIME
- ACTIVITYTOTALRUNTIME
- CPUTIME
- ESTIMATEDSQLCOST
