BLU Acceleration enhancements
Db2 11.5.6 now allows users to create system-maintained column-organized tables for querying temporal data.
Attention: This mod pack release is currently available for the following Db2 products:
- Db2 on-premises
- The single container deployments of Db2 Warehouse and IBM Integrated Analytics System (IIAS)
- The container micro-service deployment of Db2 on Red Hat OpenShift

user-maintained tables were required for temporal querying of column-organized data, to maintain
temporal history for update, delete, and insert (UDI) operations. Db2 11.5.6 now provides full system-maintained support for column-organized temporal tables. |
