Use the Transform window to specify the information for transforming XML result data in the Data view of the IBM Data Designer. The transformation is applied to the result data when you open a cell that contains XML data in the HTML Visualizer window.
To open the Transform window:
- In the Options section of the Data view in
the designer, click the Transform cell for
the column that you want to transform, and then click
.
- Specify XML transformation
- Enter the XML transformation text (XSL or XSLT). To open an XSL or XSLT file, click Open File.
- Open File
- Click this button to browse to and select the XSL or XSLT file that contains the transformation text to use to transform the XML data. The contents of the file that you select are pasted in the Specify XML transformation box.
