The IBM® OLE DB Table Function Designer provides a framework for you to create OLE DB table functions and optionally generate DB2® tables from OLE DB data and DB2 views for the table functions.
To open the IBM OLE DB Table Function Designer:
- In the Server Explorer, right-click Functions under your data connection, and then select Add New OLE DB Table Function on the shortcut menu.

Use the buttons on the IBM OLE DB Table Function Designer toolbar to move from view to view in the designer.
