Use the Expression window to specify the value of the Expression property for a map link in the annotated XML schema.
To open the Expression window:
- In the Properties section of the Annotated XML Schema view
in the IBM XML Schema Mapping Designer, click the value cell of the
Expression property, and then click
.
- Specify expression for the map link
- Enter the expression that you want to specify for the map link. The expression can be any valid DB2® expression that contains the value of the source node. For help with the syntax of an expression, press Ctrl + Spacebar in this window.
