Use the Edit Operation window to specify or modify the text for an operation of an IBM® data Web service. The window provides syntax highlighting for ease of use.
To open the Edit Operation window:
- In the Web Service view of the IBM Data Web Service Designer,
click an operation cell in the Operations
section, and then click
.
- Operation
- Type or change the operation text. The text can be any valid SQL or SQLXML statement.
- Check Syntax
- Checks the validity of the SQL or SQLXML syntax in the operation text.
