Use the Item Build Order window to specify the order in which items in an IBM database project are built.

To set the item build order:

1. Right-click on a project, and select Item Build Order.

   The Item Build Order window opens.

2. In the Configuration list, select the project configuration for which you are specifying the build order.

   For each project configuration, you can specify a different item build order. You can choose from several predefined configurations, or define your own project configurations.

3. Click Add Files to add files to the build order.

   The Select Project Files window opens. Use this window to select files from the project.

4. Click Move Up and Move Down to arrange the files in the order in which you want them to be built (from top to bottom).
5. Click OK.

If you do not specify an item build order for a file, the items are built in the order in which they are shown in the project in the Solution Explorer (from top to bottom).
