You can use the Server Explorer to delete existing IBM data connections. If you want to drop an IBM database, you must first delete all the data connections to the database.

To delete an IBM data connection:

• In the Server Explorer window, right-click the node of the IBM data connection, and then select Delete on the shortcut menu.

The IBM data connection is deleted from the Server Explorer.
