Tests the ability of a satellite to synchronize that is, tests whether the satellite can be brought to a state that is consistent with the other satellites of its group.

db2SyncSatelliteTest API parameters

versionNumber: Input. Specifies the version and release level of the structure passed in as the second parameter, pParmStruct.
pParmStruct: Input. Set to NULL.
pSqlca: Output. A pointer to the sqlca structure.
