Usage of ANOVA

Although the data model for ANOVA is based on medical or scientific scenarios, you can apply it also to other areas, such as error management or reliability tests.

For example, when a group of patients gets a medical treatment, observation data about this treatment is stored in the database. To test the accuracy of this treatment for a different group of patients, you can use the completely randomized design stored procedure.

If the same treatment is done simultaneously by different laboratories for similar groups of patients, each laboratory is considered as a block of treatments. To analyze these blocks of treatments, you can use the randomized block design.
