Spatial Analytics commands

Use these commands to simplify working with spatial data.

Issuing db2se commands
Issue Spatial Analytics db2se commands from an operating system prompt.
db2se drop_srs command
The db2se drop_srs command deletes a spatial reference system definition.
db2se export_shape command
The db2se export_shape command exports spatial data to a shape file.
db2se import_shape command
The db2se import_shape command imports shape file data to a database that is enabled for spatial operations. This command can import shape and attribute data into an existing table or into a new table.
db2se shape_info command
The db2se shape_info command displays information about the contents of a shape file. If you specify the name of a database, this command also lists all coordinate systems and spatial reference systems in the shape file that are compatible with the specified database.
