Recommendations for BIND in coexistence

If DSN is at Db2 13 and the member that is named in the DSN command is at Db2 12, using certain bind options causes a BIND or REBIND subcommand to be rejected.

To avoid problems, make sure that the member that is named in the DSN subcommand matches the load libraries that are used for the DSN command.
