IVP PACKAGE OWNER field
The IVP PACKAGE OWNER field specifies the authorization ID to be assigned as the owner of packages and plans that are bound by Db2 sample jobs.

The installation CLIST assigns the value of the IVP PACKAGE OWNER field, which is the setting of the OWNER parameter in BIND statements processed by sample jobs. If this field is not specified, the OWNER clause is omitted from those BIND statements.
