Accept the default value of 0 if you want to use one of the IBM-supplied time formats (ISO, JIS, USA, or EUR).

This indicates that no user-defined time format exists in your system. If you use a locally defined time exit routine, enter the length of the longest field that is required to hold a time. If you want your own time format to be the default, enter LOCAL for field 2 on this panel.
