If so, XAPLUPRM must match the owner name passed from Db2 by the XAPLOWNR parameter when XAPLONRT indicates an authorization ID, or XAPLUCHK must match XAPLOWNR and XAPLUCKT must match XAPLONRT.
If not, the user must have sufficient authority to:
