CLIST LIBRARY field
The CLIST LIBRARY field identifies the name of the data set into which job DSNTIJVC is to load all CLISTs.

This field must not be blank if you are tailoring output.
The data set that is specified in the CLIST LIBRARY field is created only when the installation CLIST is run in INSTALL mode or MIGRATE mode.
