Explanation
 The Db2 data
sharing group name specified on panel DSNTIPK or the IRLM data sharing
group name specified on panel DSNTIPJ is invalid.  The Db2 or IRLM group name must be 1-8 characters,
and must begin with a letter.
 This message is issued by panels:
DSNTIPJ, DSNTIPK

System action
 The panel is redisplayed and the cursor is placed
on the field in error.
