Explanation
 As a result of a change log inventory (DSNJU003)
update, it was discovered that the SYSUT1 BSDS and SYSUT2 BSDS timestamps
are unequal. Being unequal indicates the possibility of a BSDS mismatch.

System action
 Current utility processing continues.

User response
 Run the print log map (DSNJU004) utility against
the SYSUT1 BSDS and SYSUT2 BSDS. Determine if each BSDS is current.
If each BSDS is current, this warning can be ignored. If either BSDS
is not current, delete the obsolete data set and define a replacement
data set, then copy the current BSDS into the replacement data set.
