Explanation
 This message appears as a result of the failure
of a communications request by one or more members of the data sharing
group. This message is likely to be accompanied by DSN7xxx or other
error messages and/or an SVC dump.

System action
 ARCHIVE LOG command processing terminates unsuccessfully
for all members in the group.
