Explanation
 The requested Db2 subsystem
'ssid' was not started or is not available. Connection to it will
be attempted 'nnn' more times. This message is issued every 30 seconds
(and each time 'nnn' is decreased by 1) until the connection is made
or 'nnn' is zero.

System action
 DSN repeats the connection attempt until the
connection is made or until the retry count is decreased to zero.
