Caching of EXECUTE on plans

If the AUTHEXIT_CACHEREFRESH subsystem parameter is set to ALL and the z/OS® release is 2.5 or later, the results of authorization checks on the EXECUTE privilege on plans are cached when those checks are performed by the exit routine.
