Additional support for global variables

Db2 12 enhances global variable support.

The following enhancements are included in Db2 12:

• Definition of a global variable with a BLOB, CLOB, or DBCLOB data type
• In a SET assignment-statement, specification of global variables as the target, and a row-subselect as the source.
