UNICODE IFCIDS field (UIFCIDS subsystem parameter)
The UIFCIDS subsystem parameter specifies whether output from IFC records is to include Unicode information.

Only a subset of the character fields are encoded in Unicode.
These fields are identified in the IFCID record definition by a %U in
the comment area to the right of the field declaration in the DSNDQWxx
copy files. The remaining fields maintain the same encoding of previous
releases.
