PLAN MANAGEMENT SCOPE field (PLANMGMTSCOPE subsystem parameter)
The PLANMGMTSCOPE subsystem parameter specifies the types of SQL statements for applying the PLANMGMT subsystem parameter setting. The only supported value is STATIC.
