IBM LE RUNTIME LIBRARY 2 field
The IBM® LE RUNTIME LIBRARY 2 field identifies the name of the IBM Language Environment® dynamic run time library for programs that require the library to be in an extended partitioned data set (PDSE).

The data set name typically includes the qualifier SCEERUN2. Leave this field blank if SCEERUN2 is in the link list. If you enter a value in this field, it is used in the STEPLIB concatenation of the DSNDBM1 JCL procedure that is generated by installation job DSNTIJMV.
