To generate IFCID 0314 records only for authorization checks that use Db2 security facilities, in addition to starting a performance class 22 trace, start a trace for IFCID 0410.

You can correlate IFCID 0314 records and RACF SMF records by timestamp to determine which SMF record is associated with each IFCID record.
